Necessary (always active)

The same "Necessary" category you see in our cookie banner. These are always on, need no consent, and never track you.

Essential session & security cookies

Keep the site secure and maintain your session.

Prevent loss of form data while you are completing it.

Legal basis: strictly necessary, no consent required. Retention: session cookies last until you close your browser; preference cookies up to 12 months.

Vercel Analytics

Purpose: simple, privacy-friendly statistics (page visits, load times).
Data: no personal data is stored; IP addresses are not retained or used to track individuals. Cookieless, so no consent is required.
Retention: up to 24 months in aggregated form.

Error monitoring (Sentry)

Purpose: detect and diagnose technical errors so the site stays reliable, under our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Data: no advertising cookies; visitor IP addresses are stripped before data leaves your browser.

HubSpot (forms only)

Purpose: process your form submission and manage your request in our CRM.
Data: contact details and form content you provide.
Activation: only runs when you actively submit a form.

Google Analytics

Purpose: understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general navigation) so we can improve it.
Legal basis: your consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics cookies are set and no identifiable data is collected until you accept analytics in our cookie banner.
Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, with a lifetime of up to 2 years.
Data: a pseudonymous identifier and usage events. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address; it is used only momentarily to derive an approximate location and then discarded. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
International transfers: Google may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Session replay (Sentry)

Purpose: a masked reconstruction of a page (all text, inputs, and media are hidden) to diagnose hard-to-reproduce issues.
Activation: only starts after you accept analytics; stores data in your browser for the session only.

When you first visit, a cookie banner asks whether we may use analytics cookies. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Accepting and refusing are equally easy, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie preferences in the footer.
