Why we built Plainwise
Every GP practice in the Netherlands deals with the same problem: the phone rings non-stop, patients wait in long queues, and assistants are already exhausted before lunch. We thought there had to be a better way.
So we built Plainwise. Patients choose their own callback time. Voicemails are automatically transcribed. And teams get a clear task overview instead of a ringing phone. No queues, no chaos. Just structured, calm workflows.
What drives us
Build for the user
Every feature starts with the people who actually use it: assistants, practice managers, and patients. If it doesn't make their day easier, we don't build it.
