We started Plainwise because GP practices deserve better than chaotic phone lines and endless queues. Our software gives teams back control over their day.

Our story

Why we built Plainwise

Every GP practice in the Netherlands deals with the same problem: the phone rings non-stop, patients wait in long queues, and assistants are already exhausted before lunch. We thought there had to be a better way.

So we built Plainwise. Patients choose their own callback time. Voicemails are automatically transcribed. And teams get a clear task overview instead of a ringing phone. No queues, no chaos. Just structured, calm workflows.
